City and Sunday evening women's worker

We are looking for a full-time women's worker to serve both our City team and the Sunday evening team in the planning and running of the ministry and in developing ministry among women.

Responsibilities

Admin associated with the mid-week lunchtime meetings and the 6pm Sunday meetings; helping to encourage growth in Christian maturity and discipleship among women working in the city and at RML (excluding students).

Required skills

- Personal knowledge of and obedience to the Christian gospel - Bible-handling skills appropriate for the preparation and delivery of Bible studies (for individuals and in group contexts) and talks (to Christians and non-Christians) - Excellent planning and organisational skills, including the ability to give clear instructions to others - Willingness to follow the leadership of the team leader in the implementation of his vision for the ministry - Ability to oversee and train others in Christian ministry
