Women's worker

We are looking to recruit a women's worker to serve women in our congregations in the planning and running of the ministry and in developing ministry among women.

Responsibilities

Serving in a ministry of word and prayer, developing gospel ministry, evangelising and discipling individuals and groups and training potential servant leaders amongst women in the St Helen's congregation. Admin associated with Bible studies and meetings.

Required skills

- Personal knowledge of and obedience to the Christian gospel - Bible-handling skills appropriate for the preparation and delivery of Bible studies (for individuals and in group contexts) and talks (to Christians and non-Christians) - Excellent planning and organisational skills, including the ability to give clear instructions to others - Willingness to follow the leadership of the team leader in the implementation of his vision for the ministry - Ability to oversee and train others in Christian ministry
