We are looking to recruit a men's worker to work with the Sunday afternoon team in the planning and running of the ministry and in developing ministry among men who are members of our Read Mark Learn (RML) Bible study groups.
Responsibilities
Admin associated with the 4pm Sunday meetings; helping to encourage growth in Christian maturity and discipleship among men at RML.
Required skills
- Personal knowledge of and obedience to the Christian gospel - Bible-handling skills appropriate for the preparation and delivery of Bible studies (for individuals and in group contexts) and talks (to Christians and non-Christians) - Excellent planning and organisational skills, including the ability to give clear instructions to others - Willingness to follow the leadership of the team leader in the implementation of his vision for the ministry - Ability to oversee and train others in Christian ministry
