City team women's worker

We are urgently looking for a full-time women's worker to serve our City team in the planning and running of the ministry and in developing ministry among women. This role is an exciting opportunity for those considering further training and ministry.

Responsibilities

Helping to encourage growth in Christian maturity and discipleship among women working in the city, admin associated with the city ministry.

Required skills

- Personal knowledge of and obedience to the Christian gospel - Biblical understanding and Bible-handling skills appropriate for the preparation and delivery of talks and Bible studies for children - A minimum of two years of training on the St Helen's Associate Scheme or equivalent training, which includes the Cornhill Training Course at CTC level - Ability to work alongside others demonstrating Christian principles and behaviours, particularly with parents and adult volunteers - Ability to oversee and train others in Christian ministry - Planning and organisational skills, including the ability to give clear instructions to others
