We are looking to appoint someone to join our leadership team who has a love for the Lord and wants to strengthen his family so that we can offer the good news of Jesus to the unbeliever.

The role is designed to grow in line with the experience of the minister and so is structured around three levels. Core responsibilities at Level 1 include: discipleship and evangelism, oversight and involvement in youth work (11-18s), development of our 20s ministry and being our Lunch Club host and pastor. At Level 2, additional responsibilities include oversight of our small groups and newcomer integration, and Level 3 also includes the running of our evening service. The above reflects the importance of discipleship for mission in our church and so, as the Assistant Minister settles into the role, there will be further opportunities to get involved beyond these core priorities above. We want to leave room for the Assistant Minister to develop, within the overall direction of the church, areas of ministry appropriate to their particular gifts.
