Church Operations Manager

The Church Operations Manager will bring glory to Jesus by resourcing ministry and mission at St Patrick's, ensuring that church life runs as smoothly as possible.

Responsibilities

We are looking to appoint someone to join our leadership team, who has a love for the Lord and wants to strengthen his family so that we can offer the good news of Jesus to the unbeliever. As part of our leadership team, you will take part in making strategic decisions based on our faith and mission, and playing an active part in our prayerful and worshipping community. The role of Church Operations Manager is new and has arisen out of our desire to make the most of the opportunities of our new Centre. Do you have gifts in administration and leadership? Would you be excited by the opportunity to step into and develop this new role which is key to supporting our church family to be more effective in evangelism and service? Salary and terms £34,700 per annum, full time (40 hours per week). There is the opportunity for flexible working, and we would consider a candidate who wants to work less than full time.
