We are seeking an Associate Rector to join our team to lead the StNicholas@eleven congregation. Please see www.stnicholas-sevenoaks.org/get-involved/vacancies/ for further information.
Responsibilities
To work as part of the clergy team (Rector plus 3 other Associate Rectors) to fulfil the St Nicholas vision, reaching Sevenoaks and beyond with the gospel, in particular to lead the StNicholas@11 congregation. To encourage prayer and Bible study within the congregation through monthly prayer meetings and regular nurture groups and throughout its various ministries. This includes recruitment and training of nurture group leaders.
Required skills
An ordained Church of England minister who has a passion and love for Jesus with experience of full time Christian ministry in parish or other relevant situation.
