St Silas is an evangelical church in the vibrant heart of Glasgow's West-End. By God's grace our congregation has experienced significant growth in recent years, and we are now seeking to appoint an Operations Manager. This is a new and strategic post. We are looking for someone whose gifting and experience will consolidate, develop and strengthen our operational structures and provide leadership to our committed ministry support team. The person appointed will work closely with our Rector and wider staff team, joining with them and the whole church family to enable our vision to reach, grow, and send. Our Church is part of GAFCON's Anglican Network in Europe.
