As a Church Partnerships Manager, you'll play a vital role in growing Compassion UK's impact by building strong, meaningful relationships with churches in your region.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture meaningful partnerships with churches in your region. - Deliver inspiring presentations that connect hearts to Compassion's mission. - Collaborate with Events, Engagement, and Philanthropy teams to maximise impact. - Drive sponsorship growth and fundraising through strategic church engagement.
Required skills
- A heart for the Church and a personal Christian faith (occupational requirement). - Strong networking and relationship-building skills. - Confidence in public speaking and preaching. - Experience in sales or fundraising with a track record of meeting targets. - Self-motivation and excellent time management. - Willingness to travel and work weekends (approx. 24 events/year). - A full UK driving licence and access to a car. Bonus if you've used a CRM system or supported volunteers!
