Female Discipleship Co-ordinator

City Church Dublin is a growing community of students, professionals, and families. We're looking for a mature Christian woman with a passion for pastoral care and discipleship to support and encourage the women in our complementarian church.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include: One-to-one pastoral support Development of effective discipleship pathways for women Equipping and encouraging female leaders and volunteers Implementing effective care systems for women of different ages and life stages.

Required skills

Requirements: A passion to see women evangelised and discipled as followers of Jesus and to grow in their gifting. A growing Christian faith and complementarian convictions Proven experience in pastoral care Strong relational and biblical wisdom

In addition to the above the successful candidate will have a passion for ministry in a diverse multi-ethic context and be comfortable adapting to the ever changing nature of city ministry.
