A one or two-year programme combining study at the Cornhill Training Course with working alongside a staff team in an active, serving church located in a vibrant urban part of London. The programme runs from September 2023 to August 2024/25.
Responsibilities
1) Theological training: in addition to in-house training from senior staff in the church, you'll spend a day a week at the excellent Cornhill Training Course along with many others from across London. 2) Ministry experience: each trainee will be involved in some of the key ministries such as Sunday services, Bible studies, prayer, youth work, women's work, outreach and evangelism. Working on the staff St Nicholas there will be lots of opportunities to grow and develop gifts and skills. 3) Serving opportunities: trainees will also have opportunity to serve in a variety of practical ways, including administration and practical tasks necessary for various ministries to run.
