Responsibilities
Working with the Pastoral Staff to ensure we provide the best possible pastoral care and teaching for children, young people and families; working with existing group leaders; overseeing the recruitment and training of leaders; helping parents in their responsibilities in raising their children; seeking opportunities for evangelism.
Required skills
Approachable and personable; Team player; Excellent written and verbal communication skill; Good computer, presentational and social media skills; Up to date understanding of safe guarding policies and practices and good awareness of health and safety responsibilities; Ability to plan and organize workload; Above all a life that is committed to following Jesus Christ and upholding the principles of God's word should be modelled
