Responsibilities

About the Role This exciting role sits at the heart of our church's mission. You'll be responsible for developing clear, inspiring internal communications and building bridges between Hope Church and local organisations, councils, schools, and charities. From coordinating events and campaigns to guiding our internal culture, you'll play a key role in ensuring our vision is shared and lived out by our teams and members. Key Responsibilities - Lead internal communication strategies across ministries and departments - Coordinate outreach and engagement with local community partners - Develop church-wide messaging that reflects our identity and values - Support staff and volunteers with clear, encouraging communication - Oversee digital content and internal communication materials - Monitor engagement and use insights to refine communication strategies

What We're Looking For - A strong communicator with experience in communications, public relations, or community development - A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills - Confident in digital content creation and communication tools - Strategic, organised, and attentive to both detail and big-picture impact - A practicing Christian aligned with the mission and values of Hope Church Winchester (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010) - Willing to become a member of Hope Church
