Senior female staff worker

Holy Redeemer is a growing international evangelical church family in South London. This is an exciting opportunity for a mature Christian woman to join the staff team, combining ministry amongst women of the church and some youth or families work.

Responsibilities

Over the years, we have developed relationships with many women, both regulars on Sundays and through friendships and a toddler group. We are seeking someone to build on these, to get alongside women, encourage and mentor other women, and so help equip them to use their God-given gifts to serve the wider church and reach out with the good news of Jesus in the community. We are also seeking to strengthen links with local schools and the provision for young people in the community. We are happy for the role to develop around the suitable candidate's gifting.

Required skills

Applicants should be mature Christians, able to teach, organised, flexible, computer literate and with experience of ministry within a church. They must also be willing to get involved in church life and be part of the church fellowship.
