We are looking for a gospel hearted, ministry minded, organisationally gifted person who has a passion and skillset to turn vision into action. You would join the church's senior leadership working closely alongside the Vicar, Staff Team, Wardens and PCC.
Responsibilities
Leading the operational side of church life enabling every member to play their part as we seek to reach our local area with the good news of Jesus Christ. Includes: planning, strategy, service and event management, employee management, projects, systems and compliance, properties, communications.
Required skills
Organisational and administrative, fundraising, managing several projects at once, people, leadership, communication, innovative and creative.

Foremost a disciple of Jesus Christ, committed to prayerful, gospel-centred, Bible-based ministry. Understanding the dynamics of ministry, with flexibility and grace.
