Responsibilities
SERVICE Serving church family with meeting set up, maintenance, tech support Serving church staff team and ministry with administrative and practical help MINISTRY Could include: Leading at student discipleship nights Focus Leading at youth group HeadsUp 1-to-1 discipleship and evangelism with students from Oxford Brookes University and youth Families ministry including Sunday Club and children's groups RAINING & DEVELOPMENT Attending the South Central Ministry Training Course Regular training 'on the job' 1-on-1 mentoring and line management Learning new skills in taking on responsibilities and tasks
Required skills
A desire to serve Jesus in a local church and community and to grow in their personal relationship with the Lord.
