Director of Music Ministry

We are seeking a musically-gifted and well-organised Christian to join our team in the role of Director of Music Ministry (on a full-time or part-time basis) to oversee provision of music which honours the Lord and serves the mission of the church.

Responsibilities

Training, mentoring and pastoring our musicians Delivery of music on Sundays and at other events Responsibility for our AV systems and teams (directly or by delegation) Continuing to develop your own musical and theological skills, to contribute creatively to music ministry in the church and beyond Involvement in an area of Bible teaching ministry (e.g., with our undergraduates, 20s-30s, women's or internationals groups) and/or support of the admin team, according to gifting, experience and agreed working hours.

Required skills

We are looking for a godly and mature individual, who is in agreement with the church's ethos, has relevant experience, and who will work well in a team.
