Responsibilities

Crossway Church is a friendly gospel centered FIEC church established in 1937 and revitalized in 2010. We are located in Northfield in South West Birmingham about 6 miles from the City Centre. We are a diverse family of those who have encountered God's saving grace in Jesus and are having our lives changed by Him, and are on a mission to share the good news of Jesus with all. We are prayerfully seeking a full time Pastor to lead the church alongside the team of elders as we face the challenges of growth and continue to seek gospel fruit in our community.

Required skills

A competent preacher and teacher thoroughly grounded in God's Word Proven ministry leadership ability and experience Previous experience as Pastor/assistant pastor. A heart for a diverse gospel community Understanding of ministry on a housing estate Experience of ministry amongst diverse congregation A vision to equip, train and disciple new leaders. Mission minded and passionate about reaching the local community with the gospel Pastoral experience with complex situations and needs
