Operations Director

We are looking for an Operations Director to: serve as a strategic partner to the Lead Pastor, building and implementing the strategies, structures and systems to deliver the church's vision, mission and growth plans.

Responsibilities

Strategic Support and Vision Execution, Ministry Coordination and Cross-Team Collaboration, Leadership of the Operations Team, Communication Strategy and Execution, Buildings and Event Management, IT Oversight, Financial Support and HR and Compliance Support

Required skills

Strategic and lateral thinking, a good understanding of church ministry, good people management skills, strong project management ethos and a good foundation of skills, strong attention to detail, proactiveness, coaching skills, resilience, a servant hearted attitude to work and team and a decent financial acumen.
