Glod are looking for an Administrator to support the delivery of our year-round ministry and residential camps. Working closely with the Team Leader and staff team, you'll help ensure that the administration behind the work runs smoothly and efficiently.
Administration & Organisation: process bookings, manage communications, maintain accurate records and possibly oversee management of accounts Events & Camps: help organise key events including Summer and Easter camps, coordinating logistics, preparing information for volunteer leaders Team Support: work closely with the wider team, including opportunity to be involved in camps and youth work (depending on experience and interest)
Experience of administration, organisation, or coordinating tasks/events Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Able to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks Clear and confident communication skills Able to use common IT systems
Reliable and conscientious, working to a high level of accuracy Able to relate well to a wide range of people Willing to take initiative as well as work as part of a team
