Grace Church Guildford is looking for a Pastor-in-Training to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on ministry experience, with a particular focus on helping to shape and grow our thriving student ministry.
Responsibilities
· Discipleship and one-to-ones · Some service leading · Preaching around 10% of Sunday services · Developing and leading the student work · Being involved in leading prayer meetings · Involvement in intern discussion

Other
Alongside practical church-based training, the role includes the possibility of online theological training (e.g. Southern Seminary or Crosslands), making it an ideal pathway for someone exploring long-term pastoral ministry.
