Assistant Pastor (with responsibility for kids & youth ministry)

Join our church family as an Assistant Pastor, to work with our Pastor and other Elders to serve the church and reach the lost. Alongside general pastoral ministry, you would take on leading and developing our exciting children's and youth work.

Responsibilities

GENERAL: Preaching, leading services, pastoral care, other eldership duties. KIDS & YOUTH: Providing oversight to our teams of volunteer leaders for Sunday and midweek groups. Week-by-week involvement in those groups would depend on their needs and your gifts.

Required skills

Godly character. Gospel convictions. Gifted teacher and encourager. Some experience of children's and youth work.
