Full Time Church Leader

We're looking for a passionate and gifted individual to join our team full-time as a church leader.

Responsibilities

The role of the full-time leader at Saltisford Church is to: Inspire and empower our church family to live out the vision God has given us, reaching our local community with the love of Jesus. Guide the spiritual health of the church, ensuring we are growing in worship, prayer, teaching, and fellowship. Collaborate with the Leadership Team on vision, planning, and direction, and lead the staff to ensure alignment with our mission. Develop and train others to step into their God-given gifts, so that everyone can contribute to the church's life and outreach Support our ministries through active involvement and encouragement, ensuring they're fruitful and aligned with our purpose. Provide compassionate pastoral care for our church family and neighbours, caring for those in need and empowering others to do the same.

To meet the requirements of the role, you will be: Someone who loves Jesus and lives a life shaped by prayer and Scripture, setting an example through how you live. Passionate about sharing the Good News, both within the church and in everyday life. A compassionate and wise leader—able to listen well, support others, and encourage them in their faith. Bold yet humble, using your gifts to serve and inspire with grace and authenticity. Actively engaged in sharing your faith and helping others at Saltisford be confident to do the same. Open to and seeking the work of the Holy Spirit in both your own life and the life of the church. A team player, excited to lead alongside others with unity, purpose, and vision.

We're looking for a passionate and gifted individual to join our team full-time as a church leader. This person will have a deep love for God and a desire to grow even closer to Him. They'll have a servant-hearted attitude, be grounded in Scripture, and lead with authenticity and integrity—someone who helps others grow in faith by walking the journey with them. Working closely with our current Leadership Team and staff, they'll help shape and support the life and direction of our church, encouraging and strengthening the various ministries we have. Our heart is to reach the local community with the love of God and the good news of Jesus, so we're looking for someone who shares that passion and can communicate it with clarity and compassion. We're a family of around 100–120 people, including children, with a wide variety of weekly activities that aim to support and connect people across all ages and walks of life. We'd love the person we appoint to live right in the heart of our community, which is home to a vibrant mix of families, couples, young professionals, and older adults—people we're eager to reach and serve. We're based in a modern church building near the centre of Warwick, a beautiful and historic market town.
