Responsibilities

Taking significant responsibility for the administration of PT conferences under the leadership of the Business and Conference Manager. Administering the international element of our training Course, including: Admissions Teaching practice rotas Agendas & minutes for international meetings Enquiries from students and monitoring attendance Liaising with churches regarding the placement of international students Setting up and managing interviews for new applicants. Front of House - enquiries, phone calls & welcoming visitors Processing supplier invoices, authorising payments (including honorarium) Ordering office & catering supplies. Management of staff & student key cards. Management of the office diary. Organisation of staff meetings (agenda & minutes). Looking after incoming & outgoing post. Willingness to undertake First Aid training.

A mature faith in Christ, seeking to grow in wisdom and godliness Excellent organisational skills with experience of working in administration in a busy office environment The ability to work under pressure & adapt to changing demands and priorities The ability to maintain high levels of accuracy, confidentiality and integrity Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills The ability to work well within a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google office suite and confident with using technology. Knowledge of accounts or financial acumen Knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations Genuine commitment to the mission and vision of the Proclamation Trust and ability to articulate the importance of the organisation's work to a variety of audiences Previous experience in administrative work is highly desirable, but training and guidance can be given. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled administrator who enjoys using their initiative and working alongside others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting administrative and organisational processes within the Proclamation Trust. They will also act as the initial point of contact for students, visitors and other stakeholders, so will be an ambassador for the trust and embody the value, vision and ethos of the trust in all interactions.
