The Senior Pastor leads the ministry of St Peter's Barge, overseeing Sunday and Midweek congregations, preaching regularly, leading the Staff Team, and spearheading outreach into the local community.
Responsibilities
Leading Sunday Church and Midweek Ministry to Canary Wharf Workers.
Required skills
Excellent expository Bible teaching, prayerful pastoring, and compassionate outreach. Able to lead a Team of experienced staff. Able to train other staff and lay people in Word ministry. Able to develop and communicate a vision for the ongoing and further ministry of St Peter's Barge.
Other
The successful candidate will have years of fulltime ministry experience. They will be conservative evangelical in their theological convictions.
