Pastor to local church of around 150 attendees each week.

Required skills

- A facilitator committed to building up others for ministry. - Committed to Biblical preaching, teaching and practical application. - Passionate and gracious leadership. - Proactive involvement in pastoral care and children/youth ministry. - Strong on discipleship skills. - Willingness to build on existing links with other evangelical groups. - Possible opportunities for school and hospital involvement. - Able to function in a small, watching community. - Accredited with the BUS, or willing to work towards accreditation.
