Associate Pastor

We are looking to appoint a full or part time Associate Pastor to further strengthen and develop our provision of pastoral care, and lead and develop gospel ministry among women in the church.

Responsibilities

Under the oversight of the Senior Minister, and in collaboration with others in leadership, giving a priority to multiplying ministry: - to provide and develop pastoral care for the whole church - to lead and develop gospel ministry among women in the church - to train, equip and release others from within the church in pastoral care, Bible handling and small group leadership

Required skills

The successful candidate will be a woman with conservative evangelical convictions who is: - a dependent disciple who loves Jesus - a servant leader who loves people - a trainer able to multiply ministry
