We are seeking to appoint a full-time assistant/trainee minister to serve our 2024 chruch plant from September 2025.
Responsibilities
Preaching and teaching ministry. Pastoral work and evangelism. Launching and growing a youth group and youth leaders' team.
Required skills
A man qualified to hold the biblical office of elder - prayerful, godly, able to teach. Confessionally Presbyterian, and ordainable (or already ordained) in the International Presbyterian Church. Able to relate naturally and sincerely with young people.
Other
Experience of working with young people in a Christian or secular context. Experience of building and leading a small team. Flexibility and a willingness for the role to evolve over time
