Women's worker

The Aldersgate and Moorgate Talks are frontline lunchtime ministries seeking to 'make disciples of all nations' among the thousands who work in the City of London. We encourage and resource Christians to live and proclaim the gospel in their workplaces.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a full-time (or part-time on a 4-day contract) women's worker who will oversee the women's ministry at both Talks, discipling women at all stages (believers and unbelievers), and encouraging Christian women in their living and speaking for Christ in the workplace.

Required skills

She will be godly and able to teach. She will have clear and faithful convictions both about the gospel itself and the sufficiency of God's Word in ministry. The Aldersgate and Moorgate Talks is a "conservative evangelical" ministry that is "complementarian" in its convictions about male and female roles in the church.

Other

The role will be Monday-Friday (5 days a week), or Monday-Thursday (4 days a week). The start date is flexible between January and April 2025.
