Our desire is to provide practical ministry experience for a Trainee Pastor to prepare them to go into full time ministry.
Responsibilities
There will be opportunities to preach and lead services, to get involved in evangelism, discipleship and pastoral care, and to receive feedback and support from the pastor and elders.
Required skills
The candidate would need to have a clear sense of calling into full time pastoral ministry. They should also have some experience of preaching and teaching already and if possible have completed some form of theological studies.

We are looking for a trainee who models the characteristics described in 1 Timothy 3.
