Church Manager

We are seeking to appoint a Church Manager to assist tour staff team in our vision: we want to see North Walthamstow transformed by Jesus one life at a time.

Responsibilities

We are looking to appoint a Church Manager to help us ensure that our church building and ministries are safe, welcoming and effectively managed. This role will involve working alongside staff and volunteers to: - manage the building and daily operations - set and maintain clear policies, risk management and legal compliance processes - provide administrative and communication support for church activities including volunteer management and our church website

Required skills

We are looking for: - a mature Christian who shares our (complementarian) conservative evangelical convictions and is committed to their own personal growth as a disciple of Jesus as well as to our vision and strategy. - someone who is highly organised, flexible, able to work independently, with excellent people skills, high-level verbal and written communication skills, confident using modern office technology and an eye for detail.
