Ministry Trainee

The Programme aims to equip disciples of Jesus to serve his church, giving opportunities to get experience of a busy town-centre church, serve those in the church and the local area, whilst looking to grow to become disciples of Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities

The Ministry Trainee Programme consists of three main areas: Character - Growing in their love of Jesus Christ and personal godliness through regular support and being a member of the church family. Training - Growing in biblical and theological knowledge and ministry skills through both internal and external training. Ministry - Serving in different areas of ministry within the church, including children's, youth and Sunday services, as well as experiencing and helping with the day-to-day running of a church.

Required skills

We are looking for servant-hearted men and women keen on getting experience of church ministry.

Bursary and accommodation provided, ministry trainees aren't expected to raise their own finances.
