Youth And Families Worker

A part-time position for someone with a passion for reaching out to young people and families, introducing them to Jesus and discipling. We are an independent evangelical church at the Butts Green end of the market town of Alton, Hampshire.

Responsibilities

To lead and develop activities with children, young people and families supported by volunteers and so help fulfil our longing to see children grow in faith and the number of families in church increase.

Required skills

-personal Christian faith and acceptance of the Bible as God's word. -a Genuine Occupational Requirement is for full agreement with the church's basis of faith which is aligned to FIEC. -some experience of young people's work desirable.
