Youth and Children's Worker

We are seeking someone to help lead our thriving Youth and Children's ministry, as part of our wider ministry to families.

Responsibilities

– Develop the vision and strategy of children's and youth ministry to grow passionate disciples and reach out to non church families – Support and equip families in the church as they disciple their children – Bring cohesion between various age-based ministries – Teach the Bible to youth and children and equip others to do so – Identify, encourage, train and disciple existing and new volunteer leaders

Required skills

– Committed to making and growing lifelong disciples of Jesus – Faithful to the Bible in their ministry – A good, age-appropriate communicator – A team player, and self-disciplined
