Ministry Associate for Pastoral Care and Women's Discipleship

This is an exciting opportunity for a woman with a heart for the gospel and an enthusiasm for discipleship and pastoral care.

Responsibilities

Some areas of core responsibility include: - Coordinate Pastoral Care - Develop and manage a Pastoral Care Team - Organising / delivering training - 1-1 and Small group discipleship with women

Required skills

Experience in pastoral work or the health and social care sector and theological training (and/or equivalent in ministry experience) are essential.

This is a part time position (0.5) As Cornerstone has grown over the last 8 years we have reviewed how we best care and support one another in the fellowship, it has become clear that there is a role for someone to lead and coordinate Pastoral care and Ministry to Women within the church.
