Hebron is an independent evangelical church in central Aberdeen. We are looking to appoint a Pastor in Training to our staff team. The role includes various church ministry responsibilities as well as internal and external training and theological study.
Responsibilities
Various, including: preaching and teaching, student and young adult ministry, discipleship and mentoring, mission and evangelism.
Required skills
A love for Jesus and a dedication to caring for, encouraging and discipling God's people; a clear gift and passion for effectively communicating God's word in a practical and relevant way.
Other
Alongside the role: to complete a course of theological study to degree level at an institution acceptable with the church and any funding partners who may be involved.
