An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pastor to join a well-established community church.

Responsibilities

We are seeking to appoint a Pastor who will serve MCC as a teacher and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, and who will take a lead role in pastoral, discipleship and related administrative / operational areas. The Pastor will also take an active role in MCC's vision for mission – local, regional, national and international. The person we are looking for will preferably have experience at Pastor or Associate Pastor level, will be able to relate to people of all ages and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team. You will have formal theological training and be able to teach from the bible in an engaging way, incorporating practical application. The Pastor will have a servant heart and a desire to build a community of God's people to love and to serve. MCC operates a collaborative leadership style, with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) taking overall responsibility. The SLT is supported by the Ministry and Operations Team who focus on the operational aspect of the church.
