We are seeking a full-time worker to lead a team of around ten volunteers in ministry to children and families. Details on the website (https://stgeorgesdagenham.blogspot.com/p/childrens-and-families-worker.html)
Responsibilities
Leading mid-week children's groups reaching out into the community, leading a team providing teaching for children on Sundays, developing and supporting the volunteers in these teams, plus Christian parents, in discipling kids, and exploring outreach to schools and community.
Required skills
They will need to be a capable bible teacher, able to teach children, train volunteers, and support parents and families to raise their children following Christ.
Other
A clear evangelical faith in Christ, ability to work in a team, give and receive direction, engage with all ages and backgrounds.
