Ministry Associate

At Chalmers Church we are committed to helping train the next generation of gospel workers. Our desire, under God, is to grow Christ-like servant leaders, who proclaim Christ, not themselves, by rightly handling his Word.

Responsibilities

We pray that Associates will grow in five core areas: - Loving God - Bible handling - Engaging others - Serving in leadership - Serving in practical needs Ministry Associates attend Cornhill Scotland two days a week, as well as receiving dedicated weekly training sessions in house at Chalmers.

Required skills

We are looking for: - Godly Christians who love Jesus and people, - With some prior experience of Bible-teaching ministry (e.g. one-to-one/small group/Relay), or encouragement from others, - With a desire to grow towards long-term ministry.
