Responsibilities

Preaching, teaching and leading worship Develop a strategy for the church plant ministry (with the help of Harper Church and 20 Schemes) and lead a church planting team Pastorally care for, support and counsel individuals within the church, team and community Disciple believers and support discipleship relationships Conduct research to determine the needs of the community Evangelise and equip the saints in evangelism Lead marriages, funerals and other services
