We are looking for a servant-hearted individual to join the Operations Team at Saint James to strengthen our ministry support.
You will be: Servant-hearted – a willingness to serve, putting the needs of others first. Motivated – excited to put good process into action to enable effective ministry. We would love to see someone fill this role who can demonstrate these competencies: - IT literate (i.e. core Microsoft packages) and able to learn new systems with training provided - Able to initiate, plan, prioritise and finish tasks - Able to make decisions and take responsibility - Able to identify and implement improvements - A strong verbal and written communicator, sensitive to different audiences - A completer-finisher who cares about quality; pays close attention to detail; and wants to 'make a difference' - Able to plan and prioritise effectively, and respond positively to pressure; thinking spontaneously when required
This role within the Operations Team will enable us to increase our capacity to support ministry at Saint James. We are willing to consider shaping the role to complement the skills & competencies of the successful candidate with the existing members of the Operations Team.
