Are you looking for a student worker role where you can shape a ministry but also comes with lots of support and input from a wider staff team? If yes, we'd love you to consider a move to Bristol!

The student worker's main responsibilities will be: (a) Deciding on - and implementing - student specific teaching and training; (b) Praying for students and the student ministry; (c) Organising and overseeing student small groups; (d) Co-ordinating the pastoral care of students; (e) Organising and equipping the team of volunteers that lead the student ministry; (f) Arranging one-off events, such as student reading weeks and weekends-away. In carrying out these responsibilities, the current student worker reports to Emmanuel Westbury's pastor and elders.
