To take over from our present pastor who is due to retire. TGBC is an exciting church which has grown from 20 to over 100 in the past 8 years and is looking for someone who can continue this growth. The church is multinational.
Responsibilities
All the responsibilities of leading this exciting and growing church into its next phase of church growth.
Required skills
Applicants should be evangelical in doctrine, Spirit-filled and committed to evangelism. Also home groups needs to be structured in the church and a youth work established.

Someone with a big vision for the church. TGBC is reaching over 30,000 local people each week through social media.
