Responsibilities
Due to our growth, we are now looking for a dynamic leader to join our leadership team as an 'Assistant Minister - Rising Generation Pastor'. We want someone with wisdom, energy and experience to take on the oversight of everyone aged 0-18 who is connected to LPC. We are looking for someone to spearhead the work and to bring direction, fun, cohesion, training and vision to all the various ministries both inside LPC as well as taking on the missional oversight of reaching out to this demographic across Leatherhead and the surrounding region of Surrey. It's an exciting time to join us as the most significant area of growth at LPC is with families. You will help LPC grow to be a thriving resourcing church to Surrey in the area of Youth and Children. The role comes with a highly competitive salary package (including housing) based on experience.
