As part of the Senior Management Team, the Operations Director will lead, inspire and transform the day-to-day operation of a large evangelical Anglican church in the heart of Woodford Green, Essex. 7.1 Fulltime, Salary of £35k+
Responsibilities
Your role will encompass many areas, including Church Life Strategy, Vision and Leadership, Sunday Services Coordination, Budgetary control, Facilities and site maintenance, HR & Payroll, and all sorts of Ad-hoc support activities.

Strong proven leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and prioritising abilities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Competent with Microsoft Office Experience of media platforms eg Mailchimp, Wix and of online database programmes desirable
