The Bromley Christian Workers Trust, on behalf of Lakeview Holidays, is seeking a self-employed individual to provide the services of the Coordinator to support the Lakeview Holiday Ventures - a Christian Summer camp for teenagers.


The Coordinator is instrumental in enabling the ministry to fulfil its objectives. Responsibilities include year round administration, coordinating the holidays and being the point of communication for leaders, planning teams, parents and Ventures.

Required skills

1. Administration: Good administration is vital to the success of the holidays. This includes the booking of activities, venues and training, and the processing of information from leaders and families. 2. Communication: The Coordinator is the central point of contact for families, churches, leaders and Ventures. Communication is key. 3. Facilitation: Working with a large group of volunteers does not mean that it's your job to do all the work! No way! The Coordinator's role is to facilitate the volunteers doing all that they have agreed to do.


Further information can be found here: Here are some things to note: The Coordinator is a self-employed position, working remotely up to 48hrs per month, with communication with the Overall Leaders of the holidays via video call. The Coordinator is required to attend the holiday in the summer. The pay for providing the service of the Coordinator is the London Living Wage, the rate is reviewed annually in April of each year. The Coordinator is paid monthly on receipt of an invoice. The Coordinator should a Christian who believes in the vision of the Venture and who has a growing passion for it.
