Customer Service Representative

Full-time £18500-£20000 / year (PR25 2DY)

We are seeking to appoint a well organised, efficient, and hardworking person to join our customer services team, reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader.


You will be responsible for providing our customers with an excellent customer service. This will include: - Serving our customers with all inquiries over the phone and on emails - Looking after and developing relationships with Church and Trade accounts - Providing book suggestions upon request from customers - Communicating with customers about the progress of orders - Working with the wider 10ofthose team to make sure customers receive their orders efficiently

Required skills

You must have: - An excellent telephone manner - A passion for serving customers - A great attention to detail - Good general computer skills - The ability to manage a number of tasks at once and work in a busy environment is essential Knowledge of Christian books and experience in customer services are beneficial but not essential All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis and be able to demonstrate full sympathy of the business' aims, objectives, and beliefs.
