ChristChurch Banstead is an independent conservative evangelical church with the clear mission strategy to "go, win and grow" others for Christ. We are looking for a new Assistant Minister For Youth, to head up an established youth ministry.
Responsibilities
To Head up the 11-18 age group, equipping leaders and working with parents.
Required skills
Godly character and deep biblical conviction. Energy, creativity and flexibility. Strong leadership combined with evangelsitic and pastoral concern. Comprehensive grasp of conservative biblcial theology. Can communicate the bible clearly and apply appropriately. Can inspire and train youth leaders. Loves people and is committed to pray. Is an able administrator. Is a servant hearted team player.
