Since 2004 St Giles' has been training men & women for ministry through the 9:38 Scheme. We are a growing Church of all ages and many backgrounds in a socially mixed urban area of Derby. We have also begun outreach to the neighbouring area to plant there.
Responsibilities
A great advantage of being a trainee at St Giles' is that in teams of volunteers and paid staff you can get involved in a WIDE range of ministries including some of these: Youth Children Students Schools Seniors Sunday services Practical service Bible teaching Men Women Music One to one Enquirers' courses Outreach events Partnership in global mission Study projects Training at MMTC and much more…
